We will send Tour Consultants directly to your facility. They organize and prepare all the equipment the day before the event, train your tour guides in the use of the equipment, and how to conduct a professional tour.

What is your tour day processs?
We arrive on-site 1-2 hours before the tour start time, set up all audio tour equipment, and neatly organize it by groups for easy distribution.
Our tour consultant consults a brief familiarization and training session with each of your tour guides.
Our goal is to ensure that the staff who are showcasing your facility lead your special visitors on the tour with ease, comfort and competence.
Then we gather each group with their guide for a quick sound-check before departure.
Our Tour Consultants accompany the groups on the tours to assist with any service needs that may arise with guides or guests. Once the tour finishes, we collect and pack all the equipment, removing it from your facility, plus we take care of the return shipping too.
You only have a small window of time to deliver your message and create a positive impression on your guests. There’s no room for mistakes. Our staff is on-site to handle anything that arises, to make sure that the tour goes just as planned.
How do I know which headphone will work for us?
We will send you a Free Demo Kit! Keep it as long as you’d like to allow your staff to test the various headsets. It’s the best way to ensure that you have the best choice for your special event.

It’s better for everyone if you can give us as much notice as possible. We need to ensure availability based on your specific event schedule.
Contact us as soon as you know your dates and have your attendance estimate. We will plan the logistics of the event with you and your staff in detail to ensure that we cover everything. For smaller groups, we can usually prepare and ship with one week’s notice, based on availability.
